There is also a wet room with under floor heating, fluffy robes and slippers - very welcoming after a day's trekking in the hills! Other facilities include a TV with multi channels, and WiFi internet access. Breakfast is provided upon request. There is flat access for anyone slightly disabled.

You will have access to your own private patio and garden, with kettle, barbecue and utensils where you can sit in the sun and watch red kites and buzzards circling over your head, and garden birds on the feeders.

This self-catering property is situated in a quiet area next to a nature reserve which is home to rare butterflies, moths and glow worms and features carpets of cowslips and amazing views. It is ideal for those wishing to explore The Chilterns as many footpaths criss-cross just outside the gate.

Road and rail networks are easily accessible for London, Aylesbury, Oxford and Birmingham.
